As co-founder of A & M Staffing in Maricopa, Arizona, Monica brings deep expertise in HR strategy, compliance, employee relations, and workforce management. She holds a Master’s degree in HR Law and is a SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional), one of the highest certifications in the human resources field.
Throughout her career, Monica has supported organizations across manufacturing, aerospace, and skilled trades industries, sectors where strong HR practices are essential for compliance, productivity, and employee retention. She understands the unique challenges small and growing businesses face when it comes to hiring, policies, and managing people.
